Warrantee Policy

"One to Ten Toy" will replace any defective item, returned within 30 days of receipt. Please, contact "One to Ten Toy" directly regarding any unsatisfactory toys. The delivery cost on returning the goods to us is your cost, but to re-send you the goods is ours. We will re-send the goods after receiving the returned goods.
